The PAC strives to provide the best services and accessibility for all patrons. Tickets for accessible seating for physically disabled patrons are available in all PAC venues by calling the PAC Box Office at 512.471.1444. Patrons requiring wheelchair accessibility or other special seating should notify the box office at the time of their ticket purchase. Special parking is available for drivers who have Department of Public Safety handicapped parking permits or plates along the west side of Robert Dedman Drive (building side), just north of 23rd Street. Additional handicapped permit parking is available in Lot 88 on the north side of Memorial Stadium, accessible from 23rd Street.
   Sign Interpreted performances are available for the Broadway in Austin series, usually at the first Saturday matinee during the run of each show. Please call the PAC Box Office for a list of these performances. To request Sign Interpretation, Audio Description, Braille or Large Print Programs for any other Performing Arts Center events, call our Box Office at 512.471.1444 no less than two weeks before the event date. Services are not guaranteed for all events, but we will make every effort to accommodate each request. Courtesy wheelchairs and FM Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge at the Bass Concert Hall Patron Services coat check.
