Share the experience of the performing arts with your group at Bass Concert Hall, McCullough Theatre, Hogg Auditorium, B. Iden Payne Theatre, Oscar Brocket Theatre and Bates Recital Hall - all part of the University of Texas Performing Arts Center.  

Join GroupClub today — membership is FREE!  Follow these three steps and you are ready to go:

STEP 1: Appoint a group coordinator to facilitate all ticket sales.
STEP 2: Go to Join GroupClub and complete required information.
STEP 3: Start selecting your performances and have the group coordinator complete the Request Group Tickets form.  We will assist you through the rest of the order process!

STUDENT GROUPCLUB SALES POLICY

• A minimum of (20) tickets must be purchased for the same performance, date and time by your group coordinator.
• To order tickets, your coordinator should call the Group Sales Department at 512-471-0648 Monday through Friday between 10AM and 6PM or order online using the Request Group Tickets form. IMPORTANT:  Only the group coordinator may use the online order process.
• Walk-up orders are accepted by appointment only.
• Seating assigned on a first-come, first serve basis.
• Payment in full due two weeks prior to performance unless otherwise specified.
• Only one method of payment will be accepted from Students GroupClub organization.
• Accessible seating is available and must be requested when placing group sale order.
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks - made payable to UT Austin - and cash are acceptable methods of payment.
• Ticket orders can be mailed to group coordinator ONLY if payment is received two weeks prior to performance. (Priority mailing is available.)
• No double discounts.
• No refunds or exchanges
