STEP 1: Appoint a group coordinator to facilitate all ticket sales.
STEP 2: Go to Join GroupClub and complete required information.
STEP 3: Start selecting your performances and have the group coordinator complete the Request Group Tickets form. We will assist you through the rest of the order process!

STUDENT GROUPCLUB SALES POLICY
- A minimum of (20) tickets must be purchased for the same performance, date and time by your group coordinator.
- To order tickets, your coordinator should call the Group Sales Department at 512-471-0648 Monday through Friday between 10AM and 6PM or order online using the Request Group Tickets form. IMPORTANT: Only the group coordinator may use the online order process.
- Walk-up orders are accepted by appointment only.
- Seating assigned on a first-come, first serve basis.
- Payment in full due two weeks prior to performance unless otherwise specified.
- Only one method of payment will be accepted from Students GroupClub organization.
- Accessible seating is available and must be requested when placing group sale order.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks - made payable to UT Austin - and cash are acceptable methods of payment.
- Ticket orders can be mailed to group coordinator ONLY if payment is received two weeks prior to performance. (Priority mailing is available.)
- No double discounts.
- No refunds or exchanges
