The following information is important for your group to receive excellent one-on-one personal service:
- To receive GroupClub benefits, a minimum of (20) tickets must be purchased for the same performance, date and time.
- To order tickets, GroupClub Coordinators and GroupClub PLUS members should call the Group Sales Department at 512-471-0648, Monday through Friday between 10AM and 5PM or order online using the Ticket Request form. IMPORTANT: Individuals with a group must order tickets through coordinator unless they are a PLUS member.
- Group tickets for “Spotlight†events are limited and ONLY available to GroupClub PLUS members and GroupClub members who have previously purchased tickets through Group Sales Department.
- Walk-up orders are accepted by appointment only.
- Seating will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis.
- Payment in full due two weeks prior to performance unless otherwise specified.
- Only one method of payment for GroupClub members. GroupClub Plus members payments will be handled individually online and contacting the Group Sales Representative.
- Accessible seating is available and must be requested when placing group sale order.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks (made payable to UT Austin) and cash are acceptable methods of payment.
- Ticket orders can be mailed ONLY if payment is received two weeks prior to performance. (Priority mailing is available.)
- No double discounts.
- No refunds or exchanges.
